This is your booking confirmation. Please show this confirmation to one of our instructors when you arrive for your trial lesson - you can either print it off or display it on your smartphone or tablet.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the lesson start time.

For your first lesson, you can wear comfortable clothing (jogging trousers or shorts and a t-shirt) and gym shoes or trainers, though please note that some classes footwear is not required.
